The rooms were super clean and the location is a huge plus. tons of options around.

The stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites in Katy had its ups and downs. The room offered a quiet atmosphere, a very comfortable bed, and I loved the wood floor. It felt much cleaner than traditional carpet. There was good vanity space for my toiletries, and parking was hassle-free. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, making check-in smooth. However, the negatives stood out too. My main issue was the lack of extra seating. only a desk chair available for two people was quite inconvenient. There wasn’t much space for luggage either. The bathtub needed a good clean. there were lots of hairs from a previous guest on the floor. Also, a grab bar in the shower would have been a nice addition for safety. Overall, it was a decent place, but a few changes could make a big difference.

The King Room was so quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Really liked the wood floors—way better than carpet! Plenty of space at the vanity for my stuff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were really helpful.

my stay was fantastic! the room was quiet and the bed super comfortable. i loved the wood floors instead of carpet—definitely more hygienic, and the parking was easy.

The stay was okay, but there were definitely some issues. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned well and there were leftover hairs from the previous guests. However, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, which made it restfully enjoyable after a day exploring nearby attractions like Katy Mills and Mary Jo Peckham Park.

Unfortunately, the hallway and our room carried a noticeable smell of smoke, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. The AC struggled to cool the room effectively, and a rather disappointing incident occurred when I put ice cream in the freezer only to find it melted by morning.
